Our safety goal is the most important goal set by management and employees. We believe any task should only be initiated if it can be done 100% safely. Our employees fill out FLRA and identify all Hazards before starting the shift. Our Safety goal is that the employee, equipment, and environment should be protected at any cost, and it is our collective responsibility to do it.
